Data Processors

Data controller: László Gajo e.v. (trading as SalesEvolution) — see Impresszum for full entity details. The following third-party services ("sub-processors") help us operate salesevolution.eu. Each one has signed its own Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with us, or its terms include equivalent commitments. We review this list whenever we change vendors and publish the updated version here.
Resend
United States- Purpose
- Delivery of transactional email (contact-form replies) and newsletter email.
- Data processed
- Name, email address, company name, message text (contact form); email address (newsletter).
- Transfer basis
- EU Standard Contractual Clauses via Resend DPA.
Notion
United States- Purpose
- Headless content management for blog articles and event listings (read-only).
- Data processed
- No visitor personal data is written to Notion. Our server reads published content using an API token.
- Transfer basis
- EU Standard Contractual Clauses via Notion DPA.
Render
Frankfurt, Germany (EU Central region). Render is a US company; logs remain in the EU data centre.- Purpose
- Hosting infrastructure — serving the website and storing access logs for security and debugging.
- Data processed
- Visitor IP address, User-Agent, request path, timestamp (standard access logs).
- Transfer basis
- Render DPA. Personal data stays within the EEA at rest; support access from the US is covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Changes to the list
If you are a customer and wish to be notified when we add or change a sub-processor, send a request to office@salesevolution.eu and we will add you to the notification list.
