For any privacy-related matter, contact us at the email above. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer — Article 37 GDPR does not require one for a small business whose core activity is not large-scale monitoring or processing of special-category data (see docs/gdpr/DPO_MEMO_HU.md).

Contact form. When you send us a message we collect your name, email address, optional company name, and the content of your message.

Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your email address.

Language preference. When you select a language we set a first-party cookie so we remember it.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard access information (IP address, User-Agent, request path, timestamp) for security and debugging.

We do not run advertising pixels, marketing cookies, behavioural analytics, or profiling of any kind. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Contact-form submissions are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

Newsletter subscriptions are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) (your consent). You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.

Server-log processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in site security).

We rely on the following processors, each of which has its own Data Processing Agreement in place:

• Resend (United States) — delivery of contact-form and newsletter email.
• Notion (United States) — content management for blog posts and events (read-only).
• Render — hosting infrastructure in the Frankfurt EU Central region (access logs for security and debugging remain in the EU).

Web fonts are self-hosted by our server (no browser-level request to Google Fonts at runtime). A full, up-to-date list is published at /processors. Transfers outside the EU/EEA are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We use only strictly-necessary cookies and preference storage. We do not set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. See the Cookie Policy for a full list and for how to change your preferences.

Contact-form submissions: retained for up to 24 months after the last correspondence, then deleted from our mailbox.

Newsletter subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe. After unsubscribe we keep a suppression record (email only) to ensure we do not contact you again.

Server logs: typically 30–90 days (confirm with hosting provider).

If you are in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland you have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15).
• Request correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16).
• Request erasure of your data (Art. 17).
• Request restriction of processing (Art. 18).
• Receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20).
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent (Art. 7).
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Because our registered seat is in Hungary, the lead authority is the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH) (NAIH): naih.hu, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., email ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu.

We do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS everywhere, server-side input sanitisation, rate-limiting on forms, and access controls on our email and CMS tools. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure — if you believe an incident has occurred, please contact us.

Our website links to third-party sites including LinkedIn, WhatsApp, BIZTAILORS, and laszlogajo.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites — please review their own policies.
