Who Hannah really is.

Hannah came to BizzzWorld believing culture eats strategy for breakfast. She's right — but she's exhausted proving it. Between onboarding, training, conflict resolution, and trying to measure "engagement," she's running on coffee and conviction.

She spent $50K on sales training one year. Three months later, nobody remembered what they learned. Six months later, the CFO asked: "What was the ROI?" She had no answer. So she built something that would finally give her one.
